Job description / Role
A well respected, professional and growing developer and operator of Shopping Centres in the Middle East is looking to appoint a Centre Manager for one of their major assets in the region. With a GLA of circa 1m sq. ft. and an excellent tenant mix which includes a range of luxury brands, this is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished and experienced Centre Manager to make their mark on a flagship scheme and join a growing business with a healthy development pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Maximise the commercial effectiveness of the investment through pro-active management of the Centre and on site team
• To build strong and effective relationships with the retailers with the goal of increasing dwell time and average spend
• Drawing on the different skillsets within the on-site team to present a cohesive and coordinated approach to achieving success
• Ensuring that the highest standards of customer experience are met and to provide a world class environment to shop, eat and play
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic not essential) with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Outstanding leadership and motivational skills
• A demonstrable track record of strong financial management
• An innate desire to set the highest targets for operational delivery and then strive to exceed them
