RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will come from a PA or office manager background as there is a lot of organisation and admin evolved. Your main responsibility will be to liaise with local and international tenants to book appointments with the landlords there will also be an element of property management. Your responsibility with regards to the property management side will be to liaise with the landlords should any maintenance need doing. Be in charge of rent collections and look after the short term portfolio. My client is looking for clients from a western background. Please apply now online. |
