Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoy undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.We are currently seeking a Showroom Manager to join the Lexus team in Fujairah. This role is critical to the success of AFM's drive for profitability and volume. At times new priorities may be set to achieve these objectives and it is important for the SM to quickly adapt to these new priorities. Due to the remote nature of the role, the SM also needs the strength and resilience to implement Company policy without close supervision.

The key responsibilities will include:
* Financial Performance
- Ensure accurate Monitoring of all net sales, direct and indirect manpower, operating expenses, capital expenditure and debtor control.
- Ensure all Supervisors set strategies to achieve Budget volume and margins, including the sales of finance products, accessories and service contracts.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financials and potential business changes to the Dealer Principal or Retail Sales Manager on an ongoing basis.

Customer Engagement
- Facilitate customer engagement by promoting a customer centric mindset in the sales team to deliver our core service values; the world's warmest welcome, responding to customer needs, transparency and ease of doing business.

Human Resource Development
- Develop a performance management culture. Ensure heads are in line with the Budget and forecasted Sales. Ensure the adherence of all HR Policies and Procedures in terms of activity levels, objective setting and Performance Management. Promote cultural diversity and develop Emirati talent within the business, Adopt a zero tolerance approach to all bias based on race, gender or culture.

Mentor and coach Managers to deliver better results with a Kaizen approach. Create personal development plans for all employees and regularly monitor and discuss progress with them. Book two days training per year per associate in support of these plans
Effectively implement Sales incentive scheme to drive results with weekly and monthly review for all Sales executives, F&I Managers and Supervisors. Where necessary, coach the team to deliver sales efficiencies and upgrade the knowledge and skills of the team. Employ effective strategies for improving Team product knowledge skills.

Focus on Sales business fundamentals and Be a DMM Champion Communications
- Manage daily functional and operational activities of the SME and Retail teams through coordination, regular discussions, daily morning meetings and weekly updates with team members to achieve targets.
- Develop relationships with key internal and external clients retail and SME, including local government, decision makers, decision influencers, and brokers to increase sales by implementing company approved sales strategies.
- Be a fully supportive team member by sharing experience and best practices with peers and colleagues.

Innovation
- Continuously review, monitor and evaluate sales opportunities. Develop and implement sales marketing campaigns. Develop customer contact strategies. Promote Kaizen activities and adjust business strategies to achieve Budget.

Financial Controls
- Ensure operation of AFM SOPs. Zero issues of major concern on audits. Protection of AFM via appropriate control on cash and debt controls.

Requirements

The ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Degree in Business or equivalent

Minimum Experience:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in services where 3 years in Management role

Job-Specific Skills:
* Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Administration and Management:
* Basic Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

After Sales and Marketing:
* Basic knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling products or services. This includes basic marketing strategy and techniques, product demonstration and after sales control systems.

Personnel and Human Resources:
* Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Financial and Accounting:
* Basic knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles and procedures.

English Language:
* Excellent knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Arabic Language: is a plus
