Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoy undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more. We are currently seeking a Showroom Manager to join the Toyota team at Dubai Festival City. This will be reporting into the Branch Sales Manager and the key responsibilities will include:* Demonstrate the Toyota Way in everything that you do - Kaizen, Respect and Customer First.* Deliver the best possible Customer Service Values to improve customer loyalty and recommendation.* Create a positive team climate so that employee and customer engagement meets Company objectives Manage the Sales Team in the Toyota Way sales process and achieve team targets for all key metrics on a monthly basis* Sell the maximum number of New and used vehicles and assist the F&I Managers to optimise the sales of value added products to maximise profit for the company.* Review daily sales activities, campaigns, team product knowledge and showroom presentation so that Branch remains focused on delivering strong monthly results in line with objectives.* Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded on to Fastrack.* Manage showroom resources, including duty rota, for the benefit of the customer and the Company.* Work as an equal to F&I Managers to achieve all targets.* Manage the Used Vehicle Trade-in to improve the customer experience and maximise deal profits* Comply with Company policies and procedures according to Standard Operating Policies. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:* Strong knowledge of Sales process, structure, systems and methodology* Strong understanding of accessories SMC and f and I products and services, * Ability to manage sales staff and work with the F&I Manager.* Ability to manage advise and communicate sales process accessories and SMC  to retail customers* Understanding of auto sales processes and KPI * Strong interpersonal facilitation and presentation skills* Ability to influence and gain commitment from work colleagues* Strong persuasive,  analytical skills and PC proficiency* Understanding and knowledge of competitor consumer offers and market strategies* Previous automotive experience preferred* Languages: Fluent English-Arabic an Advantage |
