The RoleThe RoleAl-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth. Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoy undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more. We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to be part of our new Sharjah Showroom. The responsibilities of this role will include:* Reporting & assisting directly to the BSM, on all daily showroom sales activity* Assisting the BSM with weekly forecasting* Managing working shift and reporting any absentees * Assisting the BSM to manage, guide & coach the sales team to the AFM sales process.* Monitoring sales enquires with the Business manager on a daily bases* Working in unison with the Business manager to maximise all sales Finance & cash, including AOIC, GAP * Conduct sales meeting in the absence of the BSM* Monitoring sold units from order to invoice & delivery, including stock aging,* Assisting the BSM to comply to AFM process for tagging & de-tagging of stock * Maintaining professional working relationships with all AFM outlets* Identify sales of individual stock for availability keeping the sales team up to date and informed* Assist in handling all customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:* A minimum of 3 years sales experience * You should be goal driven & consistently achieving all your required sales & CSI targets.* Excellent communication skills* You will have strong customer relation skills & have the ability & confidence to resolve customer complaints* Be a strong leader & have the ability to plan & have good time management skills* You must have SAP & Fastrack experience & good PC Skills.* Hold A UAE driving licence * Degree education preferred, but not essential* Good knowledge of MS Office products |
