The RoleThe RolePlug-ins Electronix, a member of the Al-Futtaim Group's electronics division, is the largest multi-brand electronics and IT retailer in the UAE. Reputed for its extensive range of products, the electronics retail chain is underpinned by a team of product-savvy salespersons who guide and assist customers in their purchasing decisions. In this role you will be responsible for: Total budgeted sales of the store, liaise with / provide feedback where necessary to the senior merchandisers regarding the product variety/quality and ordering levels Ensuring that at all time and in all areas of operation the highest standards of customer service are achieved and expected as the norm Interacting with the logistics company to organise delivery from warehouse and also organise home delivery of equipments according to company policies & standard operating procedures Maintaining the brand integrity through corporate display standards Ensuring the display reflects and supports the product suitability for the promotional calendar Providing full support to the HR Manager to ensure that all employees are fully trained and developed to a required standard to ensure effective staffing and the levels of internal and external customer service are maintained Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures through delegation and supervision Initiating investigation where required if any deviance from policy is found Working alongside the management team to set up and establish new stores |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be seriously considered for this role you must have: Must have previous experience in Retail Chain store management. At least 4 years in store manager position. Must have good track record in dealing with staff and a large store management team of at least 30 people or more. Bachelor's degree with Retail diploma or Retail Management training from a large organization. Must have good interpersonal skills not only to deal with multi cultural staff but also customers. Should have good analytical skills. Must have good organizational skills and must be able to delegate tasks and do effective follow up. Must understand retail presentation standards and can maintain store layouts. Person should be between 28 to 35 years of age. |
