The RoleThe Role- Management and effective management of the entire showroom - Achievement of overall sales target / budgets - Stock control: adequate ordering, inventory check in/out and storage - Control of merchandising, display and adequate pricing - Manpower planning, management and training of staff - Maintaining and maintaining awareness of all promotions and advertisements - Performs in-depth analysis (weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting) - Performs all functions carried out by shop supervisor and salesperson when needed - Trains the sales team - Manages the customer care department - Responsible for the overall day to day operation of the showroom - Ensures customers satisfaction at all time |
