The Role


The Role


The position is responsible for ensuring that personal sales targets are achieved and enhanced through cross marketing, up-selling and accessorizing of vehicles and providing a superior level of customer service. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to ensure that customer handling and client conversion is professionally handled and reported utilizing the Consultative Sales Process within the framework of policies and procedures of the company and the franchisor.

The focus of the position is to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction by operating within defined business processes.

Requirements


Requirements


Qualification: High School / Vocational High School. Courses in Customer Service Techniques and English Language.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive industry or retail sales.

Skills: Basic Product Knowledge. Basic Customer Handling Skills. Basic Knowledge of competing products. Enthusiastic & Energetic Attitude. Computer Skills (Basic MS Office).

Languages: Ability to articulate in written/spoken Arabic with working knowledge of English.
