Job description / Role
The successful candidates must have a proven track record in Turnaround or Shutdown projects. Must have understanding & practical experience of Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Oil & Gas refinery equipment maintenance.
Knowledge in maintenance and shutdown of pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, static equipments (heat exchangers, Reactor, piping, vessels, Columns, Fin Fan Coolers, heaters etc.) & workshop activities.
Should have good exposure of budgeting and resource management, excellent communication and strong leadership skills to lead a large team of different nationalities.
- To interact with Client and Subcontractors on daily basis.
- Attending Daily Project Review Meetings with Client.
- To identify and evaluate suitable manpower requirement at all levels for timely execution of shutdowns.
Requirements
Education: B.E/ME Mechanical /Chemical
Experience: 10 - 15 Years of relevant experience
Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Arabic will be a plus.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
Specialization: Equipment,maintenance static/rotary equipments
