Job purpose:
To prepare work packages associated with the discipline lead as part of the LNG Train Shutdown.

Responsibilities:
- Use SAP PM Module for preparation and coordination of activities, analyze statistic and technical equipment data in SAP;
- Update and document all records regarding the performed works in order to clearly reflect their current status;
- Use Z6 within SAP to update work content, man-hour estimates, materials;
- Execute the requirements for shutdown of production facility equipment;
- Develop work packages, including work method statement and SAP work order procedures;
- Identify technical specifications for the materials as per the international and Russian normative technical documents and Company and Client standards and procedures;

- Provide a sufficient number of the appropriate equipment and materials (order appropriate materials, equipment, spare parts and additional external services via SAP) for safe and reliable execution of all repair and operational activities during asset shutdowns;
- Prepare permits to work for carrying out scheduled shutdown activities;
- Control performance of shutdown activities, update and record all data on the performed works in order to clearly reflect their current status, progress reporting; conduct shutdown activities at OPF in a safe and effective manner;
- During shutdown activities advise on risks and incidents and take actions on immediate response to avoid further escalation of the encountered problems;
- Weekly and during shutdowns daily maintain the reporting on results of the performed works, participate in meetings and provide shutdown coordinator with the data on the problems associated with preparation of shutdown implementation.

Requirements

- Bachelors or 4 Year Degree
- Minimum 8 years experience in technical support, engineering support and planning (electrical/automation/instrumentation);
- Higher engineering education;
- Experience in shutdown projects;
- Competence in risk assessment, checks against Observation and Intervention Program, on-the-job toolbox talks, ISSOW;
- Knowledge of main operation principles of industrial process systems, such as gas and crude oil production systems, principles of equipment set-up and system;
- Knowledge of automated maintenance control systems, methods and functions required for maintenance;
- Knowledge of SAP PM Module (Undergo training in OPF MIE Process);
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel;
- Fluent English.

We offer 1 year employment contract, with possibility of further extension. Please note this is resident role, with 40 working hours per week (Monday-Friday).
