Job description / Role
Objective:
To configure, develop and customize and support Siebel CRM system for a Finance Company
Main Responsibilities:
Development and customization of Siebel CRM system
Support and Maintenance of Siebel CRM system
Integration of Siebel CRM with Oracle Financial system
Reporting to: Development Team Business Analyst
Other interactions: Other Developers, Management, Testing Team, External Agencies
Number required: 1
Duration: 2 Year Contract
Desired start date: ASAP
Probation: 3 Months
Working hours: Sat - Thursday 9am-5pm (Occasional outside depending on deadlines)
Travel requirements: None
Gross monthly base salary: 10000 SAR Per Month, Tax Free

Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
Other certifications obtained: Siebel Certifications are a benefit
Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years previous experience in developing on Siebel CRM product

Siebel CRM Development
Siebel Scripting
Programming Integration with oracle Financials
Siebel Training a bonus
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good understanding and ability to translate Business Requirements into Siebel Workflows

About the Company
Afras was set up in 1976 to compete for building, and hospital operation and maintenance contracts in the central region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Since then, we’ve expanded to cover a range of business areas, including hospitality, security, pest control, housekeeping and cleaning, and landscaping and commercial gardening.
Not only are we highly regarded by our clients, we also enjoy classification grades in nine areas from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs’ Contractors Classification Agency. For example we hold Grade 1 classification in both the Maintenance of Buildings and the Maintenance of Medical Centers.
We’ve also expanded into other regions: starting with a further branch in the western region in Jeddah, we then opened offices in Dammam, Taif, and most recently Makkah. Our plan is to open further Afras branches to improve our service throughout the Kingdom.
