Site Administrator x2 - HMAF - Qatar

Al-Futtaim Engineering's MEP division is a specialist engineering company undertaking the design, engineering, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and pluMDing services for commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. With an experienced team of leaders, managers supported by highly qualified and experienced engineers and technicians, the MEP division has the ability to handle even the most demanding of mechanical, air conditioning, electrical, pluMDing and fire protection projects, which requires on time delivery of quality products.

Al-Futtaim Engineerings MEP division was first established in 1978 in the UAE and has since expanded its operations into KSA, Qatar and Egypt in recent years.

Requirements

Must have the experience in maintaining time and attendance for site staff. Assist the HRBP with recruitment and HR related administration work. Coordinating and follow up with on-boarding for new employees as well as off-boarding existing employees. Assist the HRBP in documentation of employee relations and grievance handling activities and documentation of trainings and employee motivational activities. Follow up with HRSSU for payments and travel claims for employees who have completed business trips. Maintain and update personnel information and files. Coordinate with the accommodation supervisor and escalate issues that need to be resolved by the Admin manager through the HRBP. Perform other miscellaneous HR-related duties when required.

Other Information:
Graduate in HR management or any other equivalent degree with minimum 3 to 4 years experience in handling HR activities, preferably with an engineering company. Excellent in MS Office and basic working knowledge in SAP.
