Job description / Role
Site Architect - Muscat
A permanent position within an International Architectural Design Consultancy, and will be based on site in Muscat Oman. The project will be a mixed use development, and will incorporate several industry sectors including residential, commercial and leisure.
We are working with an international architectural and design consultancy that has a requirement for a Site Architect to join their Muscat office.
The role will require working closely with other disciplines on site, both consultants and contractors, to ensure that the Architectural designs are being realised by the site team.
Requirements
- BSc Architecture
- 7+ years experience, including time served in a consultancy
- Site Supervision Experience
- Hotel experience (not interior design/ fit-out)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work within a multicultural and multi-discipline team
Package will depend on experience and qualification, and will be circa AED 25,000 (OMR 2,500)
