Site Architect

Job description / Role

Once a project has gone to site and is being built, a practice may well put an architect on site.

Duties and Responsibilities

1- The site finishing works pursue, managing and reporting.
2- Assists Finishing Works Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.
3- Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site
4- Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Finishing Works Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.

Requirements

1- Architecture Engineering Certificate (Bachelor Degree).
2- More than 5 years experience at the field of site Architect.
3- Work experience at GCC area.
4- Fluent English verbal and written.
5- The ability of MS Office programs.
6- As per country regulation Makkah Al Mukarramah state Only Muslims and Men are allowed.
