Job description / Role
Looking for Civil site engineer with experience in construction of Industrial projects;
Execution of factory as per the structural and architectural drawings and as per the Project specifications.
Responsible and Execution the day to day activities with foremens as per schedule programme (PCC,RCC, Form work, Reinforcement Block work, Plastering, Tiles, Marbles, Granite, stone cladding, Painting works, Waterproofing, interlocks, Doors and windows, Railings works ,GRC elements) .
Coordination with the consultant, Client and Abu Dhabi Municipality to get the spot approval of all activities in the project and to clear all issues in the site.
Co-ordination with Construction Manager and Project Manager regarding progress and requirement of materials, man power and machinery .
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in civil engineering
2 Years contract
Knowledge of English
6 -10 years experience in Industrial building construction
Factory building experience
Experience of working in ICAD / Musafa Industrial area
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi rules and regulations
Experience in Dealing with ADM /ADCD /ADDC
Knowledge on International Building codes /Standards
Knowledge on construction safety
Exposure to value engineering
UAE Driving license
Nationality Preferably Indian
