Site Engineer

Job description / Role

1. Site progress control with regards to safety, quality, time & within the budget.
2. Monthly report preparation.
3. Variation review / Approval.
4. Regular visit to the construction site as per the contract.
5. Preparation of construction contract in coordination with the quantity surveyor.
6. Review and approval of periodical report.
7. Manage the site as per the constructions stage operation format, shop drawings, finishes and revision and coordinate with other departments for thesame.
8. Coordinate with the technical unit for reviewing NOCs and permit conditions through the construction stage.
9. Update information through regular correspondence between the contractor and client.

Requirements

- 4-7 years experience and at least 2 years in consultant related experience in Dubai,
- Degree holder in Civil Engineering
- Age 27 to 33 years old
- Any nationality
- 8000 AED to 12,000 AED
