Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

-To plan, develop, organize and control the human resources department ensuring that professionalism, efficiency and cost-effectiveness are established and maintained in line with company’s vision and policies.

-Assist the HR Manager in developing, implementing and administering HR policies and procedures.

-Providing proactive, up-to-date, accurate and relevant operational professional HR advice, in accordance with organizational values, best HR practice and employment.

-Provide management feedback regarding training programs required for career enhancement & skill development at all levels.

-Assisting the HR Manager in recruitment and selection process for various projects.

-Conducts new employee induction and introduce to all departments & workshops for department wise induction.

-Ensure that all employees related services such as annual leave processing, issuance of employment certificates, visa processing, passport renewals, air ticket entitlements and related services are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.

-Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration, develop strong relationships and effective communication between company and employees.

-Administer the HRIS – employee maintenance function, prepare the formats and reports required and trouble shoot system related issues to ensure smooth functioning. Provide training to the users on HRIS employee maintenance functions, where applicable.
-Arranges business trips for staff including accommodation, flight bookings and transportation to ensure satisfactory and trouble-free trips.

-Liaise with local travel agents to seek and maintain knowledge as to best seasonal pricing and availability

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Management.

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in HR work scopes and 5 years in construction industry

- Strong background of HR,Saudi Labor law & Visa Process.

- A Self initiator & team leader well equipped with Communication, Reporting & MS Office.
