Job description / Role
- Inspects site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
- Maintains records of inspections, work executed, etc.
- Observes site safety procedures.
- Reviews SCADA and ITS and related material submittals, shops drawings, inspections reports
- Generates detailed inspection criteria for all SCADA related work to aid the inspectors in assessing the quality and completeness of the contractor's installations.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 5 years experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects with focus on application of SCADA and ITS (e.g. traffic signals, tunnels, and substations, pumping stations, sewage networks).
- Preferably with relevant experience in the region in an engineering-consulting firm.
