Site Inspector

Job description / Role

- Responsible of enforcing security standards and regulations on site and ensure personnel compliance to company policies and regulations.
- Conduct unscheduled inspections to ensure that all security personnel remain alert, diligent, and on their assigned posts or other assignments.
- Perform regular scheduled inspections of sites to ensure compliance with critical policies and procedures; that security equipment are in place and working and that the job is being done as required.
- Ensure security staff attendance and keep records.
- Document findings after inspections and ensure critical information is conveyed to Quality Manager.
- Deliver regular reports that highlight conformity to policies and procedures and any irregularities during inspection.
- Report any irregularities that take place on site.
- Raise recommendations to take corrective and preventive measures to correct irregularities on site.
- Collect and maintain intelligence on security personnel from client.
- Reviews security checks to ensure that no breaches have taken place without the knowledge of Security Officers.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance Specialist and ISO Specialist in order to better ensure quality on site.
- Contribute to the excellence of service delivery to internal/external clients in order to achieve Hemayas overall mission.
- Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
- This covers the key responsibilities to be performed, but is not all inclusive. It doesnt preclude other responsibilities from being assigned and undertaken.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Three years of relevant work experience in a quality management within a Security Services Industry
- Professional knowledge in quality management concepts, techniques and methods
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets)
- Fluent in English and Arabic

- Speed and accuracy of response to queries and issues internally and externally
- Internal/external customer service satisfaction
