Job description / Role
• Act as site representative for all matters related to MEP works ensuring compliance
to specifications and other project requirements.
• Manage construction activities and interface with the contractors directly by monitoring progress of MEP works against schedule and quality requirements and report on any discrepancies observed.
• Review document submittals and drawings and provide relevant comments before submission to Client.
• Track and monitor RFITs and MDSs related to MEP Services Equipment, Systems and works.
• Monitor and implement safety and quality of works in the project.
Requirements
• Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience involving large-scale residential developments, commercial office buildings, resort and business hotels, entertainment and retail complexes, marine facilities, highways, ports, aviation and/or infrastructure improvements among similar facilities.
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic, computer literate, GCC experience is required.
