Site Manager – Facilities

They are now in need of a Facilities Site Manager to be based in Doha.

The Site Manager will be responsible to work closely with the Operations Manager to manage a very large industrial site which consists of residential, commercial and institutional buildings. The site also has various power generation, waste water treatment and other industrial facilities; where you will be the go to person for the entire range of hard and soft services of this huge facility.

Your role will also be required to work with the leadership of the company to give solid and professional management advice as to “best practices” across all aspects of the Facilities and Property Management, incorporating current operating models and strategic management and planning to ensure that this area of the business can continue to grow through both cost savings and efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following

1. Direct experience in Facilities Management of multi site portfolios of large industrial facilities
2. Proven experience in managing hard and soft service contracts from engagement,
implementation and performance review
3. Knowledge around delivery strategies and planning to ensure process improvement for the sites
4. Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders on all
aspects of FM
5. A bacherols degree in engineering, clubbed with electromechanical experience of not less than 5 years.
