Site Manager

Job description / Role

* Read and understand the contract carefully to identify all potential risks and establish the approach to mitigate those risks by planning out preventive measures. Act as contract representative of DEL at site and seek approvals from BA Head for any major changes and deviations prior to the agreement with parties involved.
* Plan, define, verify and control the scope of the project in order to ensure that project includes all the work required and only the work required. Identify, document and charge any extra work (which was not included in the original scope) to client.
* Guide project team in the pre-mobilization activities by analyzing scope of work and assumptions made in the proposal, comparing proposal with final contract document, preparing detailed mobilization plan, ensuring proper mapping of OBS with WBS and BOQ with Cost Centers, in order to make adequate arrangements for smooth start of work at site.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* Over 15 relevant experience with min 5 years as Site Manager
* Extensive Experience of Plant Construction Projects in Oil & Gas Sector
* Middle East experience is an advantage
