Job description / Role
Our company seeks an experienced Site Manager for an expected project in Somaliland. The site manager that will operate in the field and manage the construction staff during the installation of a large scale water pipeline. The ideal candidate will be capable of:
•Training personnel and providing guidance
•Communicating with the Client in clear and concise English
•Performing to deadlines and meeting or exceeding milestones
•Directly supervising a large scale project
•Communicating a with a diverse staff
Requirements
Direct experience in the field water pipeline and urban water supply is preferred as is experience in East Africa. The candidate must have a minimum of ten years of experience managing similar construction teams in difficult and austere conditions.
