Job description / Role
Establishes the organizational structure for the Site ROW department.
Selects the Site ROW Subcontractors.
Identifies and selects the required Site ROW supervisors.
Establishes regional structures and regional interfaces (if required by the project).
Allocates relevant sites to the Site ROW supervisors.
Defines and supplies the needed tools, hardware, software and other office related items.
Status reporting to the internal management and the Customer.
Successful acceptance of all Site ROW work by the Customer in accordance to the fixed time schedule and the Scope of Work.
Supervises Site ROW status-reporting process
Ensure that all activities and interactions are as per Code of Conduct and Ethics guide lines
Requirements
Three (3) years experience in telecommunications / OSP project management, specifically related to site ROW and permitting.
Experience in implementation of FTTH and FTTP
Knowledgeable in the permitting process for Country, city and districts Baladiyah
Extensive knowledge of local cable facilities and fiber networks
Proven ability to deal with a variety of 3PV / subcontractors to monitor, evaluate and control their performance.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Outside Plant telecom functions
Experience scheduling and directly supervising crews, communicating progress reports to customers and dealing with various field issues
Strong decision-making and management skills.
Ability to work under extreme pressure with tight timeframes.
Accurate, reliable, self-confident and firm
Proven ability to deal with a variety of Partners and Subcontractors.
Ability to have a self-confident and firm stance towards the Partners and Subcontractors
Highly Motivated and has the ability to Motivate his team
