Site Supervisor - Al Futtaim Auto Centres - Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to provide an excellent Aftersales service to our customers in Abu Dhabi, whilst ensuring the achievement of, or exceeding the locations' monthly / annual sales and profitability target.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- To manage the Workshop Store Operations and exercise control on staff (in all areas), receipts, issues, storage and availability of stocks and materials, consumables and tools.
- Workshop administration as required in the respective branches.
- Ensure that the assigned service jobs are executed in line with established work procedures, time standards and housekeeping standards so that the overall objectives of productivity are met or exceeded.
- To assist / guide fellow Technicians in case of difficult problems. Qualified as In Centre Trainer (ICT). Should be able to conduct assessment to co-technicians and recommend required training.
- Ensure satisfactory financial performance, gross margins and turnover in order to achieve the companys objectives and budgets.
- To ensure and sustain customer satisfaction to retain current customers and expand new customer base.
- Carry out service marketing to enlarge business volume in order to achieve continuous growth.
- Develop the team to a level of proficiency to enable then to deliver an outstanding quality of service.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Graduate and Technical School Graduate/Degree/Diploma/(Field of Specialization if required
- Minimum Experience: 5 -7 Years in reputable Tyre/Automotive workshop as mechanic with experience of management and administrative functions.
- Job-Specific Skills: Can perform minor and major tyre & mechanical services, batteries rectification/repairs. Excellent in communication, analytical and supervisory skills.
- Behavioural Competencies: Communication, Customer Oriented, People Skills, Problem Solving, Decision Making
