Al Futtaim Auto Center (ALAC) is part of the Al Futtaim's Automotive Division. ALAC has six divisions comprising of Body Centers, Toyota & Lexus within UAE, Fast Repair, Customs & Classics, Auto Equip, Tyre Zone and Fastfit. ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers.
Requirements
We are looking to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team based in Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent management of thestaff accommodation, ensuring satisfaction and a peaceful environment by exercising control and theimplementation of Standard Operating Procedures to all staff staying in accommodation including staff facility and Safety.
The main responsibilities of the role are to maintain a database of staff staying in accommodation including allnecessary employee details; close liaison with Business Unit Admin / HR for incoming and outgoingstaff; to ensure that all documents needed to facilitate the management of camp accommodation is accomplished and referred to Head Office such asrenewals, permits, etc; to liaise with Camp Watchmen / Security Guards regards the monitoring ofthe visitor registrations and visiting hours; to ensure that staff accommodation complies with the rules mandated by Government; to ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately; to be responsible for all security and fire equipment, signage and action; to ensure the best service as to quality of food that will suit multiracial environment / staff.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate / Degree / Diploma of any course related to the position.
Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 Year experience in Camp Management and Administrative functions or of similar job.
Job-Specific Skills:
Excellent in communication skills, Administrative and Supervisory skills, Certified First Aid, Can speak English fluently.
