Job description / Role
Coordinate and ensure the smooth functioning of all activities related to execution of painting contracts undertaken by the applicators.
Ensure quality in all contractual works and ensure that the works executed by the authorized applicators are in line with the standards set by the company.
Prepare site samples based on the requirement.
Regularly visit projects that are coming under Caparols guarantee in order to eliminate or minimize deviation from the system.
Check the application and to ensure that the applicator is using the right material as per our system and specification.
Assist the sales executives in recommending an appropriate system after visiting the project.
Meet and coordinate with the main contractor and consultants or clients along with our sub-contractors during site visits.
Impart training at site to the subcontractors if they are not familiar with our application system.
Requirements
University Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Other certifications obtained:
- Technical Knowledge in Decorative Paint
Nature and length of previous experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as Site Supervisor in Decorative Paint Industry
