Job description / Role
Responsible for planning and preparing a full range of piping contract documents, piping design layout, equipment layout, isometrics and P&ID’s using Smart Plant 3D.
Must be able to guide and mentor other designers on the job.
Must be able to complete piping design and layout of complex systems and equipment orientations, apply safety in design principles, apply good judgment and experience.
Must be able to understand and implement project deliverable and schedule requirements.
Must have previous experience and working knowledge of other CAD Application(Autocad /Microstation).
Requirements
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in the use of Smart Plant 3D.
Working knowledge of other CAD Applications like Autocad and Microstation
Any experience in other 3D modeling package is preferred.
Previous experience is Water, Wastewater, Pipeline and Building projects would be preferred.
