Overview
This Industry leading, Global Advertising Agency is looking for a Social Media Director to develop, enhance, and manage Social Media campaigns for select clients.

The Role
The Social Media Director will report into the Regional Digital Director as well as the Global Social Media team. They will have around 3-4 direct reports. They will work out of Dubai, but manage community managers who will be on the ground in select countries around the Gulf. They will be looking after multiple markets so it is imperative that they have international social media exposure, and have insight on varying geographical strategies. Starting out the SMD will be dedicated to a single client, so they must have excellent client service skills, confidence, as well as presentation abilities.

Requirements

The Person
The Social Media Director will have the following qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in an Agency Setting
• The ability to manage a team remotely
• Social Media Expertise, Candidates with International exposure will be given preference
• The ability to travel
• Innovative Strategist
