This Multinational Agency is looking for an extremely motivated Social Media Manager to join their team.

The Role
The Social Media Manager will report to the Associate Director and have several junior executives reporting into them. They will be responsible for the following:
• Day to day management of accounts and client servicing in the social media realm
• The in house expert in tune with all social media platforms, best practice, new developments & competitor activity
• Up to date on planning tools and research studies
• Ensure the continuity, consistency, and quality of information is dispersed across the correct digital channels
• Maintaining an updated database
• A mediator and participator in digital conversations surrounding various content and brand
• Interact with the search team & client services
• Create content for feeds and snippets in various social media sites
• Optimization knowledge across platforms & search engines
• Analyze campaigns, translate data into recommendations & plans for revising social media campaigns
• Map out Marketing strategy

The Person
The right candidate for this job will possess the following:
• Solid 5 years working in a Multinational Media, Advertising, or PR Agency, with social media exposure
• Demonstrated creativity & documented immersion in Social Media
• Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Strong Account Management Experience, unbelievably motivated
• Excel in research and excellent writing skills
• An interest in youth culture such as extreme sports & music is a plus
• Arabic speakers and writers will be given preference
