Social Media Manager

Our client, a global leader in specialised training, consulting, coaching and learning and development services is seeking for a new Social Media Manager to join their team in Dubai.

Joining the HQ team in Dubai, and being apart of a wider, international team who regularly connect virtually you will enjoy a highly supportive and collaborative, family work environment. This fast growing, highly specialist training company wish to strengthen their social media presence across their network of companies and increase revenue through driving traffic to their company website and increasing customers.

You will be responsible for generating content from the regularly updated company blog and feeding the social media channels accordingly, followed by monetizing and evaluating the results, as well as building relationships with followers and responding in a timely fashion to messages and other engagements.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be extremely self motivated and will be committed to continuously learning and developing their social media expertise in the ever changing online environment.

They will be a tech whiz, a strong content copywriter as well as a highly relational individual who has the right personality to engage and build relationships successfully online. They will have a strong understanding of social media and how to maximise

This role, starting at 28 hour p/week will move very quickly to a full time position for the right candidate.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience (AED 7,000 - AED 12,000).

A commission structure may also be incorporated into the package for the right candidate.
