Social Media Relations Manager - Riyadh
CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To implement the Company’s Social Media Strategy by developing and expanding successful online communities, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Ensure the social media strategy in coordination with respective stakeholders across the Company is implemented
2.Ensure the relevant social media techniques are adopted into the corporate culture and all of the company’s products and services.
3.Ensure social media tools and contents are up to date always.
4.Ensure the social media campaigns are planned, organized and managed appropriately.
5.Ensure Almarai’s presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and other similar community sites
6.Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
7.Manage a Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company.
8.Ensure impact of social media programs on all social platforms against the benchmarks is measured and monitored, and the effectiveness of campaign is analyzed, reviewed and reported appropriately
Requirements
• Graduate degree in Marketing or PR
• 6 years of experience with 4 years experience in the review of marketing, well conversant with social communication process.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flicker etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
