Job description / Role
• Managing Ashghal social media channels including daily monitoring, posting, and content development:
• Optimizing and updating LinkedIn pages
• Customizing Facebook business pages ( tabs and apps)
• Managing Twitter accounts
• Creating content and managing blogs
• Managing Forums
• Launching e-marketing campaigns to promote our official pages and online presence across social media channels.
• Coordinating and implementing social media marketing campaigns: Social media advertising and creating brand awareness online.
• Defining Social Media Strategy and related workflow
• Setting up Crisis Management Workflow
• Content Generation and standardization of replies and tone
• Engaging users through forums, twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and etc.
• Creating regular Email alerts in different services channels.
• Monitoring and reputation tracking across relevant social media channels
• Preparing status reports on social media efforts and success rates.
• Conduct general quality assurance testing scenarios and report any areas requiring improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English languages
• Familiar with the local influencers and most frequented online hubs
• Ability to converse in the local dialect and respond to enquiries from nationals as well as expatriates
Requirements
She/He can read and write arabic.
3-5 years of Experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English Language.bility to converse in the local dialect and respond to enquiries from nationals as well as expatriates, IT Software & internet services.
