The RoleThe Role„X Direct involvement in a multi-disciplinary team for project delivery to clients, e.g. project management, meetings, interviews, site visits, research, drafting of findings, analysis, reports and capacity building. „X Undertake diverse corporate sustainability projects including stakeholder engagement, social responsibility reviews, social responsibility project planning and implementation, corporate reporting. „X Create new projects and products to meet client and stakeholder needs. „X Liaise with public bodies and other organisations to promote best practice. „X Encourage sustainable development partnerships to meet needs on the ground. „X Contribute to internal and client knowledge management. |
RequirementsRequirements„X Excellent understanding of organisational and sustainable development. „X Experience in project management. „X Proven track record of past CSR experience, working with communities, authorities and business development. „XAn internationally recognised advanced degree in corporate responsibility, environmental management, and / or organisational governance & change. „X Proven experience in community development. „X Thorough understanding of related best practice and recognized standards, e.g. Equator Principles, Global Compact, GRI, ISO. „X Proven self-starter, who can lead and deliver projects. „X Experience in managing quality projects to deadlines. „X Experience in establishing grass-roots organisations. „X Excellent team worker. „X Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English (other languages are a plus). „X Prepared to work throughout KSA and the GCC and willing to travel. „X Motivated and enthusiastic, with a desire to learn and develop. |
