Job description / Role
A leading development company with various mixed use projects in the UAE are seeking a Soft Service FM Supervisor for a Mega Mall based in Abu Dhabi.
One would be responsible for the built environment and any new projects. One would oversee all cleaning and security matters, to manage the sub contractors and lead an internal team.
Requirements
The chosen candidate should possess a background managing security and cleaning services within FM, the ability to implement services of the highest standard. With at least 4 years of experience and the ability and experience managing a team and overseeing and implementing internal KPI’s.
Shopping mall or Hotel industry experience is preferable and one must be already located in the UAE. One should posses excellent communication skills.
