A Major Developers based in the MENA region currently are oversee a number of Malls and Retail outlets across the region, managing developments from design, construction through to operations and leasing. Currently leaders in their field with a unique tenant mix.
Our client are seeking a professional candidate to be based in the UAE, to oversee all soft services for the pre-opening phase to operations for a Major mall. One would lead and control all cleaning services, to meet commercial, financial, customer service standards.
One would oversee all cleaning and security matters, to build and recruit an in-house team and to then oversee and tender all cub-contractors.
Requirements
The chosen candidate must have the capabilities to implement and recruit a newly established team, to build rapport with clients, staff, visitors and set standards, KPI'S. To complete audit inspections and oversee HSE.
The chosen candidate should already be based in the UAE with exposure to security and cleaning.
Preferably 5 years managing a Mall or Hospital/Hotels with strong management and start up experience. One should be able to multi-task and improve services and possess flexibility
