The RoleThe RoleA Major Group based in the UAE offering tenants and clients prestigious residential, commercial and retail portfolios. Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all soft services for a Major retail development in the UAE. One would manage all soft services, car park cleaning, waste management, pest control, high level cleaning, cleaning contractors. Development and deployment of pest control, general flooring, maintenance procedures and allocation of duties. Review audits, manage resources for events and organise requirements, manage service providers, undertake inspections, prepare weekly reports. Ensure the smooth running of the development. One should possess a strong consistent career history with a background managing soft services for large critical environments, i.e. Retail, Shopping Malls, Hotels. Preferably possessing cleaning qualifications and a relevant Degree or Diploma. Experience in the GCC is preferable, however not essential. |
