Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prominent government organisation based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire two Software Developers to join them on a permanent basis.
As part of this role you will be required to maintain and update existing projects whilst building new features and functionalities. You should also be able to understand work flow and process for all systems to identify the possible features required. In addition you should have the ability to migrate legacy systems from .Net 1.1 Visual studio 2003, and VC++ Visual studio 6 to recent versions.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of four years’ development experience in ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio 2003 and later versions. It is essential you have a minimum of five years’ development experience in SQL and at least four years’ development and problem solving experience in C++, VC++ and Visual Studio 6. Any experience in HTML, JavaScript, XML and JQuery would be advantageous. Fluency in verbal and written Arabic / English is highly beneficial.
