Executive Solutions is now partnering with a large organization in the U.A.E. within the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry. Executive Solutions is currently recruiting for positions within their Workshop, Maintenance, and Supply Divisions. It is essential that you have the ability to work under pressure, and be fluent in English, both written and oral.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze user specifications and requirements.
- Encode, test, debug, and document computer programs.
- Convert data from project specifications, and statements of problems and procedures to create or modify computer programs.
- Prepare detailed workflow charts to illustrate the sequence of steps that programs must follow; describe inputs, outputs, and logical operations involved.
- Analyze workflow charts; apply knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic.
- Confer with supervisors and representatives of other functional areas concerned with the program to resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.
- Design KPI dashboards and other web-related programs.
- Correct program errors, using methods such as modifying programs or altering the sequence of program steps. Analyze, review, and rewrite programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to new requirements.
- Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentations and user manuals as per standards.
- May train workers to use program.
- Under direct supervision, assist in preparing specifications and user requirements. Encode, test, debug, and document programs for relatively straightforward or small projects. May assist programmers/analysts on more complex projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the Manager, IT Applications.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. 2 years of experience can be substituted for each year of college.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial software development is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET Framework, Dynamics GP, Sharepoint) is highly preferred.
- Experience using Web programming languages (Java, ASP, JSP) and other languages and tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual English/Arabic desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team, and be adaptable to a rapidly changing technical environment.
- Have, or be able to obtain, a valid UAE drivers license.
