Job description / Role
Job Summary:-
To lead the IT division of a well reputed Government organization in Dubai in order to plan, lead and manage all IT activities.
Develop and oversees the implementation of functional policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas of the process intelligence function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner
Minimum Experience:
• 10 years’ experience in IT Planning, IT consulting and application development with at least 4 years being as a manager.
• Experience working in an end user and vendor (service provider) environment
• A proven track record of successful project management in the relevant field
• Ability to manage vendors to ensure conformance to project timelines and costs
Requirements
Skills:
• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (Essential)
• Full understanding of software development life cycle
• Good knowledge of business processes of the organization
• Ability to understand user requirements and provide solutions
• Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to IT architecture and systems planning
• Sound knowledge of latest technological innovations related to the industry
