We require a Software Development Manager to managing a small but expanding PHP development team. You will be working on exciting new development projects, liaising with domain experts in developing functional specifications and creating proof of concepts.
The role will give you the freedom to recruit new staff as well as allocate resources to the most important projects.

Requirements
You must have a background in project management or technical lead and have worked on large-scale Internet projects.
In addition you must have solid commercial experience of the following:
• Software or Web development
• Managing software staff
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and procedures (Agile/Scrum would be ideal)
• A strong knowledge of database and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Project Management experience
• Experience building and supporting consumer-facing web sites would be a bonus
