Job description / Role
1. Collecting the new requirements or change request from Business Managers, Users and other sources
2. Analyzing and understanding the requirement based on business practices
3. Identifying the change impact and collecting the objects related for the changes
4. Creation of SMRF (Software Modification Request Form) to allocate the resources and time duration
5. Giving required inputs, Training and Knowledge transfer to the team to complete the task on time
6. To make sure Peer review (QA) is happening for every change
7. Coping the changes into the testing server after completing the development process
8. Communication with the QC team for sign off for every change requirement
9. Monitoring for the documents filing in the system at each development phase
10. To have proper documentation for each change request
11. Sending the deliverables to Implementation team to copy this into production server after getting sign off from QC team and Business if UAT involved
12. Participating in weekly meeting with team members and sending the weekly report to management
13. Obtaining training and arranging training to team members on latest technology update
Requirements
1. Graduate / Post Graduate
2. 2-3 years experience in web developer role
3. Good communication skills (spoke & written)
4. Visual Studio.Net
5. HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript
6. Knowledge of SQL to fetch information from Oracle database
7. HTTP, FTP and other internet based protocols and Windows Server O/S
8. VB.net and C#
9. AJAX 4.5
