Job description / Role
My client a Global Organisation dealing with online security services, is looking to hire a Project Manager.
Candidates speaking Arabic or French would be preferred.
Those interested must have 3+ years of Project Management Experience ideally with a PRINCE2 or PMP Certification.
Requirements
Main Task's include:-
She/he drives the project by ensuring customer satisfaction, committed timelines, committed quality, project profitability.
- Working with pre-sales team to perform quotation, schedules and feasibility study.
- Completing and validating the functional specifications with the customer.
- Writing the project management plan and ensuring appropriate monitoring in execution.
- Managing project risks and related contingency plans.
- Managing customer interface and relationship on operation level during the course of the project.
- Managing subcontracting interfaces.
- Managing procurement (in sense of hardware, 3rd party or any other sub-contracting means).
- Managing changes (impacts and scope evolution requested by the customer or up sell) during the project.
- Reporting internally and externally on project progress and issues (accountable for raising alerts and handling escalations).
- Ensuring the configuration management and project archival.
- Ensuring practices related to the project are in line with clients ethics and values.

- Growing long-term relationships with clients by continually seeking to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Anticipating clients needs and proposing alternative delivery solutions or business solution in cooperation with sales team.
- Managing and achieving revenue goals set for project(s).
She/he ensures good transition to client support and/or operation team.
- Ensuring all materials (documents, tools, cards, tokens) are delivered to the support team.
- Ensuring that Operation & Maintenance guide are provided by their delivery team(s) to the S&M or operations team.
