Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Position Summary:
Supporting the Sales and Business Development team with conceptual and detailed designs for customized solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide the technical solution expertise to the Sales Team and the Capture Team
- Develop high-level solutions of choice for unique and demanding customer requirements
- Responsible for ensuring that our unique product features, solution and service are key decision factors in the tender document
- Establish trustful relationship with the Customer's technical team
- Monitor the competition (together with Marketing and product management) to keep our products truly differentiated and competitive
- Guide the bid support team to build the most innovative, advanced and cost effective solution

Requirements

Education / Certification Requirements:
- BS engineering, Masters preferred, PhD and Advantage

Skills and Experiences:
- 10 -15 years experience in a technical system engineering or architecture role with exposure to customer requirements
- Must have experience working in the Middle East
- Technical experience in System-of-systems integration including sensors, IT, and command and control
- Experience in Cyber-security
- Excellent presentation skills - ability to assist in the overall sales and customer relationship management process
- Comfortable working in a capture team
- Experience in evaluating technical competence of partners and to negotiate work share

- High level of written/verbal English communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across geographically dispersed teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities
- Strong customer focus
