Employment: Full Time

Sourcing Manager - Gulf Region - up to AED 20,000

Our client a multinational company is looking for an experienced Sourcing and Procurement Manager for a stand alone role in Dubai. You will be responsible for a budget of over $ 25 million per annum and will look after 5 offices within the GCC.
You will manage suppliers, negotiate for cost saving initiatives with vendors, liaise with department managers for all areas including facilities, IT, Marketing, Learning & Development, Travel and HR.
You will build excellent working relationships with all vendors
You will implement sourcing strategies and be able to deliver proposals to senior management
You will identify business opportunities and make cost saving proposals
You will have extensive experience of contract management
You will present market intelligence and analysis regarding product and service development opportunities
You will apply strategic sourcing practices and ensure effective transition from current practices to new models including migration to sourcing systems, tools and processes

Requirements

You must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years in a similar position and have UAE experience in a multinational company.
You will be able to manage your own time and a budget of $ 25 million p.a. and will have a proven track record of managing large budgets and cost saving methods.
You will have an extensive network of suppliers and vendors for every different operational department within an organisation and be able to present proposals to senior management.
You will be able to influence decisions by providing market analysis and educated opinions.
You must be approachable and presentable and be easy to work with.
