The Noodle Factory cuisine is reflective of Far eastern evolving culinary landscape. A modern combination of Pan Asian cuisines from China, Thailand, Indonesia and Malay, a modern take on quick Asian cuisine set in a lively atmosphere; a delicious variety of noodle preparations, and many authentic house specialties dishes.
A modern approach to the traditional Pan Asian dining - elegant wooden tables and modish chairs, giant chopsticks hanging from the ceiling, and a private dome shaped like a noodle bowl, the wooden walls are decorated with minuscule metallic noodles embossed from the walls.
Customers can enjoy filling out their own menu and present it to the friendly service staff that is ready to assist with any menu enquires. You can view the hussle & bussle of preparations in the exciting Asian open kitchen & enjoy the culinary talents of the specialty chefs; sizzle and wok fry your meal.
The Noodle Factory service style is a combination of friendly & knowledgeable service staff offering excellent attention to detail in a fast paced, dynamic & high-energy environment, a perfect venue, for friends and family to gather. You will act as the Ambassador for the brand, with the mandate to deliver a high quality food experience whilst maintaining profitability.

Responsible for the overall food operation & directly supervise Kitchen Supervisors & Employees.

Responsibilities:
*Prepares or supervises the preparation of a wide variety of sauces, soups, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items cooked in different methods
*Assists the Head Chef in with inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning and issuing supplies and equipment for food preparation meet corporate specification.
*Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained
*Consistently maintains standards of quality, cost, presentation and flavour of food
*Prepares reports, costs menu, make schedule and perform administrative duties as assigned.

*Bachelor`s degree (B.A.) in Hotel management or equivalent combination of education.
