Lenôtre Paris - Qatar seeks Sous Chef. Responsible for all food preparation and presentation, Oversees product consistency and make necessary modifications according to business needs, Assists the executive chef in monitoring overtime, staff motivation; monitoring training of new employees; monitoring food cost and order of the outlet of all food products, Takes inventory, coordinates with the executive chef.
