Job description / Role
- Manage daily store operations within the individual store and internal clients with the help of the Head Chef
- Develop individual employees/team members
- Implement special menu changes
- Be creative in developing new menus/menu changes
- Manage and maintain supplies for individual store
- Cost management
- Daily/weekly reports/KPI's
- Quality Management
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Leadership qualities
- Time management
- Professional and presentable
- Customer oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Ability handle pressure and meet deadlines
- A catering qualification would be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience as a sous Chef or some experience as Head Sous Chef
-Age between 22-35
- Availability to join immediately will be an advantage
