The Role

·Providing sound leadership to club associates and acting as a positive role model

·Overseeing club operations, budgets, and schedules

·Providing exceptional customer service

·Increasing membership enrollment by promoting club and spa amenities

·Meeting or exceeding club financial goals

·Acting as liaison between Proactive Partners and club owners

·Ensuring club programs are safe, fun, challenging, and motivating

·Representing the club in an energetic, motivating, and positive manner

·Treating all members, guests, and fellow associates with genuine respect and care

Requirements


Requirements

* Hospitality / Health Sciences degree or equivalent degree / qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years experience of which at least 2 should have been in a supervisory role.
* Hospitality background and experience is essential.
* Excellent English and communication skills required.
* Need to have a keen eye for detail and are highly organized.
* Need to possess a professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills.
