Job description / Role
- Assisting customers in selection of required parts in a friendly manner
- Provide quotes and other information in cheerful manner
- Notify customers when special ordered parts are received
- Ensure that ordered parts are correct and priced accordingly
- Follow - up out of stock parts to be ordered
- Create and update database
- Receive payment and obtain credit authorization
- Maintain lost sales tracking program
- Participate in approved training programs
- Keep abreast of technical spare parts bulletins and other duties assigned time to time by manager
Requirements
University Qualifications: Technical
Nature and length of previous experience: Experience in Heavy Equipment/Spare Parts
Specialist knowledge: EPC Navigation System
Driving License preferred
Age Range: 23-35
Gender Preference: Male
Language Fluency: Arabic mandatory, English desired
Current Location: Qatar
